On April 1st, 2010, RiverStar Studio officially replaced WhiteWater Guide. WhiteWater Guide, a process workflow development platform in circulation since 2002, helped numerous companies in their pursuit to build applications for contact centers and customer service organizations.
Now, with the transition to RiverStar Studio, the same functionality is available to contact centers, but as a component of the RiverStar CE Suite. Studio is the development foundation for the CE Suite, Agent Desktop, self service engine and the proactive response module.
Studio is available as Enterprise and Professional editions. Included with all Studio editions are content editors which give unlimited users the ability to modify content relating to customer interactions regardless of whether they are through the agent, through self service or via proactive response.
